1. This web-site available at Ukrainian-bride.com is accessed by you under the Terms of Use described below. When you sign up for any service within the Ukrainian-bride.com website ("the Website") you agree to all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Please read the following Terms of Use carefully, as they form the agreement between Ukrainian-bride.com and YOU. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you may not use the service and should not proceed to register.
2. The site allows its members to contact other members who posted on the site. You agree that the Service is provided “as is” and that we do not provide any guarantee that our site will operate without possible errors. Thus, we are not responsible for timeliness, deletion, misuse or failure to deliver any user communications. You assume full responsibility and risk for use of the service. Ukrainian-bride.com reserves the right to make changes or corrections, alter, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the site or the content or Services available through it, including your access to it. Such changes or additions shall take effect within a reasonable amount of time. You are advised to check the site from time to time to be aware of any changes.
3. We may modify, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, including the availability of any service features, databases or content.
4. The members are not allowed to include contact data in fields or texts which are not explicitly intended for it. This applies in particular to the free text fields (About myself, looking for, etc). The user is not allowed to include contact data in photos uploaded to the Website. It is forbidden to pass on contact data to other users of the site through texts or photos on a profile, messages or online chat.
5. You represent, warrant and covenant that you are at least 18 years old. This Service is for adults only. By using the Service you agree that you are 18 years of age and older. Failure to comply with this Agreement may result in legal actions. If you misrepresent your age, your registration as a member will be cancelled.
6. Every member of Ukrainian-bride.com must assume that human traffic, kidnapping, drug and weapon trading and prostitution are the acts of crime and totally prohibited! If any of the above listed takes place at Ukrainian-bride.com by any member the affair will be forwarded for investigation to an appropriate police department.
7. Since some of our services are non-free, we take fees for some levels of membership, sending letters, online chat, using two way video streaming, viewing video presentations, gift delivery. All prices are available for registered members in the ‘membership’ section. You can pay for the services via the credit cards secure payment system. We may change our fees at any time and the new fees will be enforced immediately upon publication. All currency references are in US Dollars.
8. There are five pay levels of membership to choose from on our website: bronze, silver, gold, platinum and diamond.
9. Your account is private and should not be used by anyone else. You are responsible for all usage or activity on the site by users using your password, including but not limited to use of your password by any third party. It is the user’s responsibility to ensure the security of her/ his password to access the service.
10. Right of Termination. Ukrainian-bride.com may terminate access to the user's profile and account immediately. Additionally, Ukrainian-bride.com may alter, suspend, or discontinue any user's access to, or alter, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services in general at any time without notice. Further, Ukrainian-bride.com reserves the unrestricted right to terminate any user's profile, membership, and block any user's access to the Website at any time without notice or cause.

12. Chargebacks. We can charge you $100 administrative fee for every chargeback you initiate on charges for payment to us as we carry a chargeback penalty fee for every chargeback processed. Please direct any billing questions to us via the Help form if you have any billing concerns.
13. Refund. Although all sales are final, there are some cases, when we can issue a refund: Duplicate order (2 or more orders in 5 minutes interval). Unused credits for more then $20 equivalent if the customer is closing his profile. Please, contact us via the Help form for any questions.
14. Ukrainian-bride.com is not a marriage broker. We are just a chat and mailing service company.
15. Cancellation. Every customer can request his profile to be cancelled any time through help form. Unused credits for more then $20 equivalent will be refunded by request.
16. We don't make refund of unused credits if the customer got bonus/complementary/refunded credits.
